Our certified organic brown eggs are mostly a large size but occasionally they are jumbo or even giant when they have a double yolk. Most importantly the eggs are SOY-FREE. The FDA lists soybeans as one of the top 8 allergens in the US and it’s good to know that you can eat our eggs without being exposed to soy.
Our eggs are gathered 2 to 3 times a day. They are then washed using only fresh spring water that is tested annually - we never use recycled water. The eggs are then air dried, packaged (point down of course) and placed into refrigerated storage until delivered to you or your store.
With all the different claims by egg “manufacturers” rather than egg farmers, we have a simple message. Our eggs are;
