Our Eggs

Our certified organic brown eggs are mostly a large size but occasionally they are jumbo or even giant when they have a double yolk. Most importantly the eggs come from hens eating fresh and bugs grass everyday. They are moved to new pastures frequently and their high nitogen manure helps to fertilize the fields.

Our eggs are gathered 2 to 3 times a day. They are then washed using only fresh spring water that is tested annually - we never use recycled water. The eggs are then air dried, packaged (point down of course) and placed into refrigerated storage until delivered to you or your store.

With all the different claims by egg “manufacturers” rather than egg farmers, we have a simple message. Our eggs are;
