Our Lamb

Saint Croix hair sheep arrived to the farm in fall of 2017 and gave birth to organic lamb the following spring.  Our lamb is organic certified and grass-fed. The sheep are treated with respect, are blemish free, well cared for and moved to fresh pastures every week.

SOVA Farms mostly sells live animals directly to consumers and provides facilities to harvest the animals at the farm, if needed. Professional butcher services can be arranged for additional fees.
